The Protea Collection

Protea is a genus of flowering plants, commonly known as sugarbushes or proteas, that is native to South Africa and belongs to the family Proteaceae. These plants are known for their unique and stunning flower heads, which consist of a central mass of flowers surrounded by colorful bracts (modified leaves). Proteas are highly valued for their ornamental beauty and are often used in floral arrangements, both fresh and dried. They are also the national flower of South Africa and are sometimes referred to as South Africa's floral emblem.
