The beauty is having love. The emotion that can be risen like when see some grand land scape or beautiful nature is love about the objects. So if someone loves some people or thing, the object can be felt as a beauty to the subject. (A subject does not love an object because it is beautiful. Because a subject loves an object, the object can be beautiful for a subject. Beauty is not a quality of object. Beauty is a quality of subject that is feeling. So if a subject looses one’s feeling as a love, the beauty can be disappeared.) So, how can the feeling of love be appeared? Every species of this world has the will of life. And of course the human kind has the will of life. The will of life is not just a will of personal life or individual life. The will is an instinct of whole world. It is the source of the power to maintain the human kind and in bigger sight, the whole world. the basic manifestation of the will is the sympathy or the altruism. This feeling can make a human to feel the objects(the world or another human) as ‘me’. In the oriental philosophy, the sympathy is called Dongjeongshim(동정심, 同情心). It means having same mind with object. The love is developed step of the feeling like the sympathy or the altruism. And when someone feels the love, can feel the beauty and through this, can feel the true happiness too. But the human kind has one thing that can be bless and curse too. It is the recognition ability as an understanding(wisdom) and a formation of a concept through the recognition ability. With this ability, the human kind can deepen the love for an objects(the world) and demonstrate the sympathy and the altruism actively. But also, the human kind can be acclimatized by recognize and conceptualize really easily, And when someone is acclimatized, it is really easy to forget the feeling of the sympathy and the altruism(for example, the love of lovers can be cooled easily with the passing of the time). In this moment, one function of art is really important. Art can reperform the thing that is acclimatized and thorough this, art makes an audiences to see the thing without a concept. So human kind can love the world again like a baby. And also with this, an audiences can feel the true happiness and the beauty. I present the things that we can find in our life really easily, and ask about them. I think the happiness and the beauty(or some true in philosophy or god in religion) are being in us and in whole world if we can feel this world. Through my art work, I try to show and ask some real true that we are forgetting. The art itself dose not need to be beautiful((in the meaning of the beauty that the peoples are using normally). The art is a way to see the beauty of this world and feel the happiness of this world as a world it self. The arts of this era(contemporary arts) is art for art´s sake. Now, the arts is not a way of seeing and feeling world. So some peoples say the end of art. The situation of religions and philosophy are same. They are a ways of seeing and feeling the world but now their purposes are themselves. So there is Alienation. Because of that, they loose their function and they just say themselves that the end of art, the death of god, the silent tribute of philosophy. In this point of view, I show the combination and junction of art, religion, philosophy under the name of the life, try to introspect about the each’s functions and the purpose in my project. I try to ask about the values that we have to seek and considerate.
