About The Artwork
A dreamlike, moody collage of an crystal chandelier. The piece is at once completely contemporary and has the grandeur of an antique. This work started with a handmade print that I developed in the sun. Over that, I used pastels, paint and metallic black pearls to embellish the image. The rhinestones and pearls reflect the light of the room. The image is 3D because of the pearls that are up to 1/3 of an inch thick.
