His interest in Zen and its teachings allow him to capture intense transient forces of nature and humans. Also a unique appreciation of the human form and what effect mind has on matter allow him to explore ideas at the juncture of matter and consciousness. His diverse cultural background has had a positive influence on his unique, bold style as an artist.
