About The Artwork
This drawing belongs to a series of watercolors on paper representing ENCOUNTERS between women and animals in wilderness. In the Altai mountains area, in the west of Mongolia, the nomadic communities of Kazakh origin have been handed down the ancient tradition of hunting with the golden eagle. In the drawing I imagine a Mongolian eagle master showing a traveler this ancient technique that was also practiced with a falcon in medieval Europe and for this reason it was called Falconry.

I was born in Turin, earned my degree in humanities in Pisa, and live in Florence. Today, I devote most of my energies to making art, maintaining, however, continuity with my work in publishing, which I have been doing for a long time for publishing houses in Italy and abroad (France, Japan, Greece, Spain and Switzerland).
