My work is inspired by christian art and history. The character of Saint Anthony and the temptation he suffered in the desert is the base for this work. I wanted to give an impression of erotism and violence in a kind of expressionist style to depict the nature of the test Saint Anthony had to endure. This piece is a collage of colored drawings in a warm palette. It is framed (black frame with white passe-partout).
