t's a "black hole" time. She needs time to digest her own piteousness and grief of a personal loss. She also needs a silent companion to help bear this unutterable load that has made her crumble and unable to verbalise sensibly. No close embrace at this point, just a soft touch of acknowledgement from an outside source. Slowly, she moves closer and forces the blackness to recede.
