This piece was made by my self using ballpoint pen and ink on paper. Collaboratively I worked with a contemporary writer, to develop the project themed “Survival”. The reflection of the society are the people living in it, they are ones on the receiving end of a failed system. Trying to survive a failed system will never be easy in the contemporary society like Nigeria. But somehow nature prevails and the people always survive. But what is surviving? What is living? In the end we say we are all in a market place of buying and selling. Our mothers have the best intuitions to help us carry on.
