About The Artwork
This piece was again inspired by elastics I often use to tame my long hair. The epoxy is left over epoxy from my other more stringent reliefs, so there is a bit of glitter in one side and some different colors mixed together. Making it appear more boho and fresh. I have made it to be turned in every direction, but I am happy to attach some hangings, if preferred. Note that the size is hard to get accurate, but I always measure on the smallest place w and l. Danish artist and pattern designer. My paintings are hand shaped, CNC cut or laser cut mdf/plywood in my shared studio. Sometimes I add epoxy for the shine and matte look together. I don't think it is hip to be square, so my wall hangings are always shaped.. That can also be handy, since they can fit in different places, like between two close doors. I always add some A5 cards with my pattern design with purchases.
