About The Artwork

“When the sky gets darker and darker There is always light on tv always a story within absent history empty streets empty squares nothing sounds more than quiet I close my eyes I hear noise of thumps upon hard shiny helmets Busy streets busy squares Tout va bien” ORIGINAL ARTWORK ©2024 EDITORIAL GUERRILLA La mia e’ una ricerca esistenziale e politica, adoperando il Graphic Design per identificarne un’ arma partigiana, attraverso l’ adozione di un metodo di guerrilla grafica editoriale: Graphic Guerrilla, ovvero concentrare l’ idea nel messaggio individuale, con un obiettivo preciso. Il messaggio assume una struttura completa ma disorganica al contesto generale con sovrastrutture organizzate o pianificate. Il messaggio non si collega al contesto ma e’ esso stesso il contesto, garantendone la sua indipendenza intellettuale. L’ arte diventa comunicazione diretta, provocazione onesta, coscienza libera. L’ arte come forma di contestazione lineare, diretta. La chiarezza diventa oggetto per confondere l’ ordine precostituito della cultura contemporanea, prodotto da frasi impoverite dalla tristezza dilagante, fatta di hashtags e tweets.

THE INFORMAL GRAFFITI PROJECT "Informal Graffiti is a tiny drawing on the blank surface of my artistic universe. My graffiti is informal because does not follow the media, the format, the scale or the intention of traditional graffiti art. Informal graffiti is an attempt to use intellectual and material fragments of the hyper consumption culture (credit cards , aluminum cans, old pieces of wood, dirty old paper, etc) in order to decontextualize the traditional relationship between the viewer and the message. I look at Arte Povera philosophy as cultural inspiration , because it is the only art movement that challenged the establishment in terms of art, politics, economy, culture. Arte Povera’s ideas boost my sense of engagement to the surrounding world, where art practice becomes the main way to rebel, to disagree, to criticize, to reimagine, to reinvent. I reject the idea of using art to create social media phenomenons, because I personally make some art to survive and not to entertain" Fabio Coruzzi exhibited at galleries, museums and art fairs around the world. He is represented by American and European galleries
