A kind of life Painting

How people, events, moments makes us who we are. The magnetic forces around and in us, the vibrations of those forces. But playing here with light, beautiful, delicate forces rather than forceful. The note here is to put an emphasis on the positive aspects of life. The colour was largely guided with the time I spent in Perigord, France. The wine, the leaves in the autumn, the colour of the ground and of rocks in several places there. Also the Perigord I was in is called Perigord Pourpre (Deep purple Perigord) emphasising the colour of life, smells and colours in this region. A very grounded earthy life. But also the quality of life linked to that region linking it with almost that colour being a good colour for a good kind of life. The gem stones used are hematite, citrine, turquoise (turquenite) and brazilian agatha. I do not use glue nor varnish but an environmentally friendly microporous mix that let the crystals breathe and does not damage them. The finishing does take several days to weeks.
