About The Artwork
This is the daughter of my niece riding her scooter on the dyke at the Belgian coast. Nice play of lights and shadows and constrasting colors: she stands out with her red outfit. Acrylic (Winsor & Newton expert) is my favourite medium and linen canvas is much stronger. The sides are finished and the painting is protected by 4 layer of anti-UV varnish.

Artists like Edward Hopper, Joaquin Sorolla and Egon Schiele inspire me greatly. My favourite subjects are people, views with water (sea, river, lake, boats) and fly fishing.
