About The Artwork
This is from a library of old photos I have. Taken in approximately July of 1972 showing a storm brewing off coast of Florida at Playalinda Beach. Playalinda is a nude optional beach. It is situated very close to the Kennedy Space Center. I try to show some history, atmosphere and loosely painted, of pulling viewers into the painting to sense the warmth and the sea breezes that I enjoy myself almost daily. I also added texture in all my beach paintings, Florida sand.
