Confession Painting

This unique painting "Confession" seems to be alive. Never in my life will I be able to repeat it. It came to me from Above. Passed through me, my hand and paintbrush, and co-created. For me, a true art is about deep connection with yourself and the Universe/ God/ Allah, substitute yours – that is exactly what I experience while painting. My art is my meditation – the ability to be in the moment "here and now" without any thinking, analyzing or judging. Focusing on every stroke of the brush when nothing else exists in one second of time – isn't it about life itself? I didn't know in advance what exactly would it be. It seemed to be changing on its own several times. And I am extremely proud of the result. "Confession" is especially valuable for me: I put all my feelings and experiences into it, while everyone sees something different – even what I, as the author, do not see on it. Many of my Instagram followers saw a portrait, a face. Some saw a village, houses, a river, trees, flower garden, animals (a lion or a monkey). One even saw a phallic symbol. Others emphasized feelings – mother's care for her child, sadness, vulnerability or the truth from which one cannot hide. One admitted mixed feelings from masterpiece to bad taste, from attraction to disgust. If so, my work as an artist has been successfully fulfilled – I aspire to evoke your feelings and make you look deep into yourself. And what is it for you? What do you see here?
