Dancer The painting represents a ballerina squatting down, but it is a pretext to show two worlds chasing each other, the one portrayed by the ballerina realized by engraving on aluminum and the one of a hand, painted with oil on canvas. They almost meet and dance together. nato a Gorizia il 23/09/1969. The Minotaur wasn't that evil, in the end. The Ariadne's spool of thread from which my work unravels starts from the surrealistic and symbolist fascination with Bocklin and Dalì. While unwinding the thread Mondrian's abstract experience and Burri's are also picked up while the geniuses Leonardo and Michelangelo remain the center of the labyrinth.
