About The Artwork
After taking a road trip through Utah and Arizona I found my love for the desert increased 100 times. Watching all the plants live and survive in such a harsh environment made me appreciate them even more. I wanted to create a painting that would convey the landscapes of these with the green forests I am familiar too in Colorado. The title is a play on the phrase exit through the gift shop. Inspired by Salvador Dali made with archival materials and ready to hang.
