This work is part of my own peculiar research into materials linked an ancient medieval recipe. For some months I have started to produce my iron gall ink ( through an alchemical process by extracting it from oak tree galls) and use it (something unique) on linen canvas. It is the natural evolution of my previous work as well as a reinterpretation of the landscape from a very intimate and personal perspective.
