Bruno Portella is a visual artist with academic and contemporary influences. With a passion for “fire” Portman discuss contemporary life`s aspects through his flamery Art. Since little, Portman had attraction to the fire. As he became an artist, the identity of his work came naturally. Since that, Bruno Portella became more and more requested into the visual arts scene. The artist's works are part of private collections throughout Brazil, as well as in cities like Miami, San Diego, Houston, Toronto, Amsterdã, Genebra, Bucarest, Zurique, Berlin, Lisboa, Cascais, Belo Horizonte, Natal, Brasília, Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo. In 2015 Portman was invited to integrate "The Art Book Brazil" book, which presents 30 contemporary Brazilian artists with expressiveness in the national production. This book, published by DecorBook, was launched in Miami during the Art Basel fair. Also in 2015, 2016 and 2017, Bruno Portella participated in the “ArtBattle Brazil” and “ArtBattle Amsterdam”, becoming champion of ArtBattle Lounge Brazil dez/2015 and dez/2016 and Champion of the first ArtBattle Amsterdam on jun/2017. At 2017 january, the Bruno Portella’s Atelier was elected, by Vero magazine, as “The Favorite” of all Barueri’s Alphaville Decorative Shops and Art Galleries. At 2017 Bruno Portella was invited by the great Latin America Memorial`s curators and director to exhibit permanently 3 paintigs of his work at it`s iconical Brazilian Art Museum. (Memorial da América Latina). At 2018 Bruno Portella had his work published at the “Who’s Who Brazilian Artists” book released at the 2017 Miami Art Week. In this same year the artist won the “Mares, Cores e Estrela Guia” award and on 2018 september Portman won de second place overall at “The Saci’s Inquiry” art salon with “The Next Trick” painting. On October of this same year the artist exposed his work at the “4º Contemporary Art Salon of Alagoas” as a curator’s invited artist. 1 of the 10 artists to be followed in 2019 as said by the Terra’s cultural sites “Fala Universidades” (College Talks) and “Almanaque da Cultura” (Culture Almanac). On 2019 july Portman was invited to be part of the “5º Contemporary Art Salon of Alagoas” as an artist and as a Speaker this time. On 2020 Portman made part of “ArtLuv Experience Art Exposition” as an invited artist. 2021, Bruno Portella was invited by the Barueri’s Culture Office to be the next Barueri’s Municipal Visual Art Academy Head Coordenator.
