About The Artwork
I used to paint abstract wave forms or patterns, to express energy and movement. Then I decided to add human forms, to make them more interesting, to drawer the viewer in. I found this difficult to do convincingly so it became a challenge. It seems to work when motion is implied. This may seem academic but my emotions are also expressed. I can't count on a response from the viewer but I hope the painting is interesting or moving in some way.
