Story: SOUVENIRS OF THE SOUTH (2023) Landscape and travelling... Provence and Côte d’Azur in France... When memories make you feel good. This new series, started in 2019, will highlight landscapes from here and elsewhere, flowering landscapes between dream and reality... I will continue to paint this series in 2022 honouring the forest and its trees... This painting represent a golden mimosa tree. Brilliant fragrant, golden yellow spring flowers out shine the feathery foliage on this highly drought tolerant tree. Mature trees have been known to grow more than 25 feet tall, but can be easily trimmed to maintain a shorter stature for smaller yards. An Australian native this tree is happy in a xeriscape garden or large container. [ 2 layers of transparent acrylic varnish protect the painting • Edges are paint as well • All my artworks are signed on the front and countersigned on the back • Paintings are ready to hang • All my artworks are delivered with a certificate of authenticity • All my artworks are shipped in a wooden crate ].
