Il profumo dei libri Vecchi tomi, al degradar dei loro miscugli, si apprestano a liberare dolci e floreali fragranze di mandorle e vaniglia, sicché l'olfatto mi conduce nel teatro dei ricordi. MC Per sviluppare questo concetto ho scelto una composizione semplice di soli rettangoli. Rigorosamente bidimensionale, unico elemento che dà corpo al quadro sono le texture in multistrato. I colori scelti nella composizione richiamano libri della mia biblioteca (in lieve rilievo si possono intravvedere I titoli). Per lo sfondo ho utilizzato colori che mi evocano tranquillità e pace. The Scent of books Old tomes, to the degradation of their mixtures, are preparing to release sweet and floral fragrances of almonds and vanilla, so that the sense of smell leads me to the theatre of memories. MC To develop this concept I chose a simple composition of just rectangles. Strictly two-dimensional, the only element that gives body to the paint are the multilayer textures. The colors chosen in the composition recall books of my library (in a slight relief you can see the titles). For the background I used colors that evoke tranquility and peace.
