About The Artwork
This is part of a series of paintings called "Recorriendo Peru" (Traveling around Peru), a trip that I did for 2 years, getting in the unknown and adventurous places. I arrived to Puno from Moquegua, Peru in a bus that got to the 5 thousand atitude meters in the andes. This place is located in the Titicaca Lake and the island is made from Totora, a natural material that surround this lake.
