“KICKS!” is finally completed! This one took months to complete, and those numerous details definitely were challenging. Even so, it was incredibly fun to draw this pair. All those little details, tiny strings, textures, taught me a lot different materials an how to work with them. More than a 120 hours of work into making this artwork, with all different kinds of references, mainly looking at he works done by Cj Hendry to better help understand the insane details. This drawing was made on Arches Aquarelle 100% hot pressed paper using Caran d’Ache Luminance coloured pencils. I hope you like this work! I’m definitely going to be drawing shoes again soon, they’re extremely fun to draw.
