About The Artwork
Kilauea is an active volcano in the Hawaiian islands. Volcanos have long been a fascination of artists. This dramatic resin painting and would look wonderful in a modern home. It is on sturdy 1/2" MDF board, triple primed, wired and ready for hanging. Sides are painted with Golden's mica iron oxide - a warm, nearly black color that dries with texture (similar to sandpaper) and sparkle.
