"Kill the clones" emerged from a dream where I battled malicious clones to save the world, only to realize my failure. This feeling of helplessness inspired the painting, depicting shadowy figures and unreal faces evoking unease. Amidst this darkness, a woman in a fetal position symbolizes hope for liberation, contrasting with the fear and entrapment represented by large steel beams. Over 6 months, I developed the artwork, balancing spontaneity with precision, using various tools and techniques. It offers a glimpse into a surreal world, reflecting my subconscious in a unique artistic expression while emphasizing the enduring presence of hope.

www.baldurgaloor.com The Art of the Unknown: Baldur Galoor's Inspiring Journey Born in 1989 in Bad Dürkheim, Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany, Baldur Galoor's artistic journey began early, influenced by the Jugendstil architecture of his parental home and his parents' artistic pursuits. His father's collection of surrealism-focused art books deeply influenced him, shaping his dreams and perceptions of the supernatural. Despite nurturing his love for art during his education as a communication designer in Munich, Baldur temporarily lost his artistic drive after graduation. However, amidst personal adversities in 2020, including burnout, depression, and family struggles, Baldur rediscovered his passion for art, driven by a vision of luminous hope. Embracing a newfound passion for painting, Baldur developed a visionary philosophy, "Nova Creatura," and his unique technique "Fusion Realism" reflecting his deep connection to the supernatural and the unconscious. This technique allows him to fuse various painting styles, from classicism to graphic design, creating surreal compositions that transcend traditional boundaries. Baldur's art aims to make existential themes accessible globally, evoking strong emotional responses independent of art interest. His works, alongside those of his idols such as Arik Brauer and Max Slevogt, hang as testaments to his artistic evolution. As an autodidact, Baldur continues to evolve, creating iconic motifs with the potential for cult status. His art visualizes existential themes in artistically visionary ways, striving to shape a positive future and showcase hope as an eternal element of our lives. Through his exhibitions, successful vernissages, and international recognition, Baldur's art ignites a powerful emotional resonance, inviting viewers worldwide to rediscover and celebrate the vibrant element of hope.
