The process of learning accompanies every person throughout their life. It is a daily part of everyday life. Learning as the acquisition of knowledge, skills and new experiences affects people both mentally and physically. And ultimately it affects their perception, their understanding of the world and other people, as well as their behaviour. But learning also involves effort, pain and perseverance. The work "Learning Life" visualises seven learning stages of a person on an emotional and social level. With each new experience associated with pain and joy, the person learns and finds formation. This process begins in the work at the bottom left by looking up to one's parents. The family gives the child solid ground, an understanding of the world. But the child as an individual and its own perception can very quickly be in conflict with itself and its environment. It moves away from the solid ground and starts trying to unite different points of view until the person reaches the next stop. The next learning processes relate to friendship, but also to his loss; to learning and positioning himself in a group of people; to living with hierarchy; to learning with his own reflection; and to learning to pass on knowledge and experience in education. Consequently, in the encounter with other human beings, the human being recurrently undergoes a process of formation and learning that allows him to grow.

Veronika Spleiss (born 1993) is a painter of hidden object canvases with their own philosophical stories. "The viewer seems to get lost in the overabundance of details in her paintings, which are located somewhere between comic and Kandinsky", as Jürgen Moises of the Süddeutsche Zeitung writes. The artist often uses abstract and geometric forms. Her painting palette resembles a rush of colour tones full of expressiveness, which in turn seem reduced within a work of art. With the colour and form described, her artworks show a confusion that makes us aware of the tension and diversity of life between order and chaos. Philosophically, the painter tries to take a look at all perspectives of everyday life. Veronika Spleiss is represented by renowned art galleries such as Galerie Klose, Grüne Zitadelle, singulart, and justBEE. Her "Wimmelbilder" can be found in private collections all over the world: in Japan, France, Switzerland, Germany, Austria and the USA.
