A new vibrant abstract watercolor "Let the Floods come". Here the watercolor comes on a special non-absorbent smooth very thin paper, which helps me getting these beautiful effects. The photos show examples what it could look like framed. This painting has to be framed behind glass/acrylic glass so that it won´t be damaged! Shown here in black and white frame examples and mats, the size of the painting shown here in the example is 25x20 cm. The painting will come UNFRAMED and as the original uncut sheet of paper (30x30 cm). You can see the plain painting as it comes exactly on the photo with the grey cutting desk pad and you can take it to your local framers and choose how you want the frame. Comes with certificate of authenticity, signed on the back and unmounted with a signed and titled mat for free so the painting can also be easily put into a standard 30x40 cm frame. Let me know if you want another size of mat with it, we can organize that! Watercolor, gouache on special very smooth paper, 30x30 cm, 25x20 cm are shown here in the mat. (c) Gesa Reuter 2018

Germany
Based in Germany, Gesa Reuter’s artistic practice started in 1996. She has since studied the techniques of the old Dutch masters, layering selfmade gouache, egg tempera and sometimes oil to build her paintings with different layers of paint from thin to thick. Recently she has discovered the power of watercolours and ink in her work, enjoying the way the watery materials leave marks and traces to describe her inner feelings and emotions. Rather than painting an accurate visual representation of a landscape, she prefers to use the power of memory; her artworks are an expression of her feelings and emotions in the moment of experiencing the landscape." (Inside Artists, Issue 9, Summer 2017) So far, her works have been exhibited in Germany and Europe, mainly sold to private collectors in Germany, U.S.A., UK, NL, New Zealand, Saudi Arabia, to architects, small companies, private medical and psychological practices. In public collection of Amateras Foundation, Bulgaria, NHS England and Kunsthaus Stove, Germany.
