About The Artwork

When your heart sinks and you search for cause and effect in despair, you unwittingly create a porcelain skin, like a small child who thinks that if he closes his eyes, he won't be hurt anymore. We get used to the heartache, heal the wounds, and move on. And each of these wounds is a living emotion, a pure and honest reaction to the pain that is an integral part of life. the depth of thought and emotion is like the deep blue of the ocean, where the angels of thought gather the grains of an opened pomegranate and try to put them back together again....

My name is Michael Makharadze. I was born in July 12, 1994. In 2012 graduated from St. Tbel Abuserisdze Gymnasium. In 2012-2018 I studied philosophy at Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University. I am a self-taught artist. The main theme of my paintings is human being and everything connected to humanity or mankind. For me the human being has the highest value. In my art I explore the emotions and ideas that form the symbolic world around us. The world that we have created by ourselves. In essence, I aspire to create a story, the story is often ambiguous or have several interpretations between the preface of history and its further development’s perspectives In my paintings, due to the ending is not revealed or "discovered," the viewer completes the story of the painting on his or her own imagination, But the title and symbolism tell us what might be going on in the end the story of the painting. For me art is a way to express ourselves, to explore the world, to immerse ourselves and to discover something new in us and in the world all of the time, but there is always something unknown that plays with our mind and imagination, it’s so beautiful.
