This is a very colorful painting. I just loved having fun with this one. The name comes from the mythology character Medusa. This lady character had snakes coming out of her head and anyone that looked at her turned to stone. Well I used my imagination and guessed what her tail would look like. So there we have the Name and the influence to the painting all in one. Art does not have to be sensible, just imaginative. This painting is a multi layer piece taking many days and different styles to complete. There are colorful brush strokes, Pollock style dribbles and gold black and white balloon rolls. All crazy fun. The painting is 91 cm high and 122 cm wide and 4 cm deep. There is no need for a frame as the sides are fully painted. It is finished in a gloss varnish which enhances the color and protects the paint. On the back is a signed and dated Certificate of Authenticity. It is wired ready to hang and has felt cushions to protect your walls. This painting will be shipped in a crate for your protection.
