It is part of the series of works that I am currently working on and that refers to the most contemporary cuisine. A light, smooth and dynamic plate, at the same time forceful and solid. This is how I made the brushes serve, some solid for the tufted monkfish and others with transparencies for the ribbons. The lines of the tapes give great dynamism and make you travel through them. The sea where the monkfish comes from, that deep and cold sea, contrasts with the finesse, grace and vitality of the vegetable ribbons. The close frame makes you travel through the two elements, the land and the sea. A visual experience of taste sensations. I have painted this digital work with an MS Surface. I have used techniques analogous to those of traditional painting, using only the types of brushes and paints that the software offers me. Giclée print on Hahnemühle German Etching 310 gsm · 100% α-cellulose · white · genuine mould-made paper. Work is signed and a certificate of authenticit is added.
