About The Artwork
My oil painting of a wild horse from Montana, Photographed from a photographer, Gary Odell , I used as a reference during the painting process and a lot of my imagination from my childhood, in which was impacted by a horse crazed child. The painting is smooth to touch, semi glossy on a gessoed heavy duty canvas that was primed three times and sanded after the gesso layer was dry. My oils are of professional quality, as well as the mediums I use, to give a long, long life to the painting. I have paintings from 50 years ago that are still in excellent condition, beautiful and not faded. Has hanging hardware attached on back, ready to display in any room or wall.

I paint a lot of seascapes, sealife and animals, wading birds and birds in general, animals, wildlife and portraits. I am mostly self taught.
