The painting comes after a photo I took at the Natural Science Museum of La Plata, Buenos Aires. I like the image very much because expresses very well the idea of how science in its positive approach has affected nature and the critical point on which we find ourselves.

Gabriel Glaiman, Buenos Aires, 1969 Since 1998, he has worked as an artist and as a teacher at the University of Buenos Aires, Faculty of Architecture, Design and Urbanism. In 2001, he was awarded the "Fondo Nacional de las Artes - The British Council 2001" scholarship to pursue postgraduate studies in the United Kingdom, graduating as a Master of Fine Arts (MA Fine Art) from Central Saint Martins College of Art & Design in London in October 2002. Currently, he teaches at the University of Buenos Aires and the National University of Avellaneda and works in visual arts in Buenos Aires.
