About The Artwork
From my 'Unleashed' collection, a series of paintings was born from a mental and emotional state of feeling released, free and unrestrained. The series was inspired by the calm coastline in Portugal. It translates the shapes, marks and movements that take place on the coast each day, a reflection of each day in our lives, where nothing is the same. 'No More Guilt' (I) is the artist's promise to herself to be free from her past. Her calling to viewers who carry the burden of others on their shoulders to simply let it go. I hope this collection will inspire you to listen to your inner voice and unleash what must come out. Using raw canvas allows for an intuitive and unrestrained exploration of colours, shapes, and marks because of its soft texture, ability to absorb water and paint, and authentic colour. All works are shipped from Portugal, rolled in a tube or in a box, based on the collector's preference.
