VIEW IN MY ROOM
"Red Line" is an impressive artwork that takes the viewer on a journey of metamorphosis. Created in 2023 by an emerging artist on a canvas measuring 150 x 150 x 2 centimeters, the piece combines the techniques of brush painting and palette knife application. The deep black background of the painting forms the perfect contrast to the grand, abstract head depicted in profile. The use of various colors such as red, blue, yellow, and white in the palette knife and brush techniques gives depth and texture to the head, highlighting its expressive qualities. The long neck of the head, transitioning partially through the colors, creates a sense of movement and dynamism that brings the artwork to life. Another significant element of "Red Line" is the straight red line running down from the right edge of the painting. This line serves as a visual metaphor for separation or a boundary in society. Interpreting the red line and the associated metamorphosis in the viewer's mind makes the artwork a personal and unique experience. It is a piece that invites us to use our own imagination and thoughts to create our interpretation of the art. "Red Line" is mounted on a wooden stretcher frame and crafted with high-quality acrylic paints. The combination of brush and palette knife techniques creates impressive texture and depth in the artwork. "Red Line" is an artwork that stimulates the senses and provokes thoughtful contemplation. It is a piece worth revisiting, as each viewing may reveal something new and exciting. Ali Kasap was born on December 26, 1985, in Esslingen am Neckar, Germany. His passion is to paint abstract paintings in his own style. In 2020, the artist participated for the first time in a significant artistic event in Luxembourg and received two awards there. In 2021 and 2022, he showcased his works for the first time at an international art fair in Chongqing, China. The next exhibition in a German gallery in Hamburg followed in April 2023. Today, the artist lives with his family in southern Germany and actively engages in new artistic projects and other exhibitions. It is fascinating to experience the diversity of different artists and their ideas. Ali Kasap found his calling in art by following his own style. This style evolves with each piece and every new experience; however, his work is often very diverse and not easily predictable. Artists find inspiration in different ways. For a true work of art to emerge, one must be guided by art and not overthink it. It is the moment when one allows their inspiration to flow freely that true art comes to life. Additional art exhibitions and the publication of artistic works in fashion and lifestyle magazines are planned for 2024 and 2025.
