About The Artwork
My entire life I have been amazed by birds, with their ability to fly and doing it with such a grace and elegance. Once I have seen the Scarlett Macaw in Zoo, I think it was the Zoo in Barcelona and the image of this bird imprinted in my memory. Many years later the image of this bird just transferred on my canvas during my intuitive painting session. I wanted to show the colorful wings of this wonderful creature, the motion of the body during the flight. Hope the viewers will feel the same about my little bird)) I used the acrylic brand Amsterdam because of the quality of the brand and the pallet knife to create the texture on the canvas

I have noticed and it might sound strange but we all go through resurrection during our entire life, call it transformation if you like, but I prefer resurrection. Some of us even several times. Doesn’t matter if you are religious person or not even believe in God, like a Phoenix you are arising from the ashes and fly. Over and over again. “What doesn’t kill us make us stronger” – sounds cliché? Perhaps. I am not here to preach you and saying right words at the right time. I just choose my colors and start to paint. Paint not with my hands but with my heart. What you see it is all me, it is all you, it is all us passed these several months. Some of us calls it isolation, I call it resurrection. Maybe we needed that time to understand how fragile and precious our life is.
