About The Artwork
This is an original, one of a kind painting-collage by artist Cynthia Kaufman Rose, MFA. It is inspired by the misty sky after a storm, and composed of beautiful muted shades of gray, silver, white and black. It is created with acrylic paint and traces of Sterling Silver, Mica, and crushed glass and paper on stretched canvas on wood stretcher bars. The metallic materials and gloss varnish on this painting subtly reflects the lighting of the environment in which it is placed. Therefore, colors may appear slightly different than the photos shown. It is painted on the sides, signed in back, coated with acrylic gloss varnish and ready to hang without frame.
