About The Artwork
This is one of my favourite places to paint, the old multi-coloured fishing cottages make a lovely backdrop to the fishing boats. The painting is on a standard stretched canvas. It is not framed as I think the buyer prefers to choose their own frame. Also the cost of transport and packing are considerably reduced. I have painted the edges a warm grey, and the painting is ready to hang. It carries certificate of authenticity signed by myself. Staithes is a very busy little fishing village in the North Yorkshire moors In Northern Britain. It's very near Whitby.
