This was inspired by a muse who gave me the flowers. I didn't have a vase so I put them in a red plastic cup. It is painted it in my style of that time in Asheville, North Carolina. I hope the viewer feels the open space and color in the simple design of this floral. The oil on canvas is unstretched and will be shipped flat in a box.
