Batik on tea bags with embroidery Exhibited at the international mini textile exhibition, ’Textiles over Gold’ Bratislava, 2014 This piece was inspired by sunlight streaming in through a window onto a vase of flowers. The rays of light threw many shadows and highlighted different lines and shapes in the flowers. The thin tea bag ‘fabric’ represents the delicacy of the flowers.
