The Price of Desire 04 Painting

I can say this series of paintings is my most meaningful one. They are about the most important things in life, such as Mother Earth, connection, love, peace, people, and harmony. Each piece is modeled by a real person. The models also choose animal heads and types of flowers or plants, which build stronger relationships between the paintings and their models. The title "The Price of Desire" tells how we, as humans, always desire more and more things just to fulfill our greed, as if it's never enough. Nature always provides, and humans always take without giving back enough. Through these pieces, I want to ask one question: What if humans are physically one with animals and nature that we keep taking for granted? Would we still have taken as much as we did? With this in mind, if you hurt the animals or plants, you, too, will feel the pain.
