Train Wreck Painting

I like to paint scenes of natural places and things. My techniques can be very loose and free. I hardly ever paint thinking about the finish. It is pure enjoyment just choosing colors and shapes and then see what materializes. It is though I meet the painting half way. I almost always use some form of metallic paint in my scenes as I like the effect it brings to the finished painting. It can have the appearance of movement and is reflective. To me, a painting is a visual poem. I sometimes think we can't really force a painting to happen , it will come out of mixture of creative thoughts, freedom to experiment and desire to recreate beauty.
