About The Artwork

This piece of artwork came into existence while I was going through some difficult times in life. This is as unique as all rest of my collections. In between restlessness and anxiety, I wanted to paint something cheerful, vibrant, and meaningful. The bottom-up perspective conveys the way we perceive things around us. We grow, thrive, struggle, fall, collect ourselves and revive. But all this becomes possible if we hang on to hope. Do not give up on our strengths and show resilience before bad breaks. Starting with less visible strokes and building layers to give lights and darks for leaves to form around branches, this artwork is purely a work of a palette knife. I chose 18 by 24 inches canvas and decided to sell it mounted and framed. The frame is brunette with a gold thin finish inside and off-white mounting on all 4 sides. The length of a painting increases up to 32” and the width up to 26" with the frame.

Hi, I am Rabia Adnan and I am an artist. I work on commissioned paintings and create my signature work as well. I, actively, immerse myself in the process of fulfilling the client's requirements. Besides my art business, I love to read books and travel. Despite being a business graduate in Finance, I pursued my passion and developed a niche through my distinctive skill set and expertise. I get inspired by nature and still life mostly. Though I love exploring different mediums and have worked with watercolors, ink, pastels, and oil paints, the medium I like to work most with are Acrylics.
