About The Artwork
I begin a work of art with an obvious intention. The direction in which I go............. always a mystery. It's the process, the thoughts, the images that float through my mind. In this case, I knew I wanted to paint a face. Man? Woman? It didn't matter. I wanted it non specific so that the viewer could write their own story. I love color and so that is the predominant feature in this piece. The eyes are soulful and penetrating. What do they see? What have they seen? What thoughts are being processed? So much to take in, so much to consider. This painting is finished with a high gloss varnish for protection as well as in keeping with the modern twist. All work is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.UNRESO
