About The Artwork
This is the next grid version which was created after the first lattices of charcoal. In this third attempt the artist changed to colorful pastels and to a play of grid lines with filled areas like fabrics or twisted, nonrigid ribbons. In this version the grid looks like made of two different materials, a soft one and a rigid one. The artwork still looks like the magnification of a woven textile or a hurdle work, but like a very colorful and artful one. Moreover, it is full of joy reflecting a sunny day in Ticino. The artwork is signed and dated in pencil.
