About The Artwork

The art project West-Eastern Garden is a tiny garden in the center of Tashkent, belonging to the house that I rent. West-Eastern Garden art project (@westeasterngarden) • Instagram photos and videos The main idea of this art project is to share my feelings and thoughts with you. I hope that as you contemplate drawings from West-Eastern Garden you will consider them interesting, exciting, and perhaps inspiring. I’m sure you will feel fresh emotions and, most likely, think unusual thoughts, and follow new courses of reasoning. Observing plants, and especially contemplating flowers, is a way to comprehend the mysteries of the universe. Plants grow and develop thanks to four elements: earth, water, air, fire (sunlight and warm). Each plant goes from matter (seed) to the highest manifestation of an immaterial idea - a flower, and then a short-lived flower generates a material seed. Needless to say, all plants obey the principles of rhythm, vibration, polarity, gender and causality. That is, the flower corresponds to the universe… and there is a deep meaning in this.
