This oil painting is a dreamy version of my memories in Scotland with a touch of realism. The hills and the grass are painted using palette knives to provide texture and depth. The hummingbirds in this painting have been used to depict that they are bringing the magic to this landscape by bringing in the flowers with them. This is also being used as a metaphor for the spring season where all the birds are chirping and the flowers are blooming.
