My picture is called "Window of the Hermitage". This is a window into the history of the city of St. Petersburg. The picture shows the original window frame, during the reign of Russian monarchs. It reflects the painting by Leonard da Vinci "Madonna Lita" (1490-1491). On the left side of the window, there is a unique inscription scratched on the glass by Empress Alexandra Feodorovna, the wife of the last Emperor of Russia Nicholas Ⅱ. "Nicky 1902 looking after the hussars.7 March". Outside the window on the square stands the Alexander Column. The monument was raised after the Russian victory in the war with Napoleon's France.Cloudy outside, it's raining people walk around the square. Time moves forward inexorably.

I was born in Kazakhstan in 1964. In 1993 I moved to live in Israel. I draw inspiration from the works of Bosch's, Bruegel's, Dürer's, Van Gogh's, Monet's and Dali's. I work with oil painting technique that helps me express my feelings in color. Graphics and printmaking concisely express the philosophical and emotional meaning in the picture.
