We can indicate two semantics: free will and political freedom . Some authors, in recent years, have re-proposed the idea of Berlin, who stated that freedom could be divided into positive (choosing values and goals to pursue) and negative (the ability to act free from constraints and constraints) indicating that the true freedom is rather the negative one, which guarantees the existence of a sphere of action in which the actions of the citizen are not subject to external constraints and is seen as the foundation of civil rights, such as freedom of expression through art, religion and philosophy. Other authors, have held that by itself negative freedom cannot guarantee economic-social balance and equity, and that it is important to put all citizens in a position to exercise their rights: and this goal is more related to the ideal of positive freedom.Other authors have conceptualized much more complex analyses by pointing out the dichotomy positive/negative freedom too simple. According to Spinoza, freedom does not exist for man. for Sartre freedom is the sign of the absurdity of men's life, because he is condemned to be free For me, neither ideology nor political power have ever guaranteed freedom to man, only the escape from everything t that oppresses and imprisons, even mentally, gives you the feeling of freedom. Art for me is freedom I often interpret it in a surreal way
