About The Artwork
This is a view from San Agustinillo's beach, Oaxaca. I spent hours observing at these waves, being washed by its waters, healed with its fiery power. Like water, nature can give, & it can kill. So this is a tribute to nature's love, & a prayer for it to work in our favor. I mixed it with the refraction of the sun that goes into my room creating rainbows in the walls. The forms aim to simultaneously create harmony between opposites, inspired by the idea of the Merkaba, a chariot made of light for interdimensional safe travel.
