About The Artwork
Open the Door is one of a large body of prints I created from 2015 onwards from my photographs of Tunisian doors. This print features a door with flaking blue paint on plaster and a white door. Fainter images are overlaid with interesting patterns. The exposed electrical cables have been left as they were, this is a part of Tunisia and I enjoy reflecting a feel for the real Tunisia. Each print is printed on Photographic Quality matte paper with archival quality inks giving a Photo-lab result. All prints are printed edge to edge.
